A new threat to the Florentine Republic and the Papal States emerges. A renegade warlord known only as the Duke of Pisa, with the aid of smugglers, pirates, mercenaries, witches, and the foulest occultists and heretics, seizes territory in the province of Lucca. From this base he undertakes a campaign of conquest against surrounding territories. In response to the self-styled Duke's aggression, Machiavelli assembles a secret task force employing soldiers, spies and arcanists, putting YOU in charge of operations.

The Shadow Conclave is an alt-history, dark fantasy strategy game, featuring:

• Squad management and training
• Tactical, turn-based combat
• Evidence Gathering, Sabotage, Artifact Recovery, and Rescue Missions to save peasants from a terrible fate as undead conscripts driven by dark magic and clockwork mechanisms
• Crafting and Managing Requisitions
